Hey there! I’m Dawn.

Struggling with food confusion and dieting burnout? I’ve been there too.

I’m not here to hand you another diet, and I don’t believe in quick fixes.

I’m here to show you how small, consistent habits add up to big results.

How big? Lifechanging.

Good news: There’s an easier way to lose weight that doesn’t involve cutting out everything you love.

Never worry about starting over every Monday again.

Let me guess… you’re here because you’re searching for something different. You’re done with extremes. You’ve tried every “rule” in the book — no sugar, no carbs, no fun — and you still feel stuck, unhappy, and confused.

You’re more than ready for the answer that will finally give you confidence and clarity around food.

You’re not alone.

Every day, I work with clients who are right where you are now. And I was once there myself.

The path that brought me here.

What I learned the hard way, I now get to make easier for others.

I used to think that if I worked hard enough and controlled everything I ate, I could finally have the body I wanted. I loved lifting weights, I loved the challenge — but I had no idea how quickly things could spiral when I took it to the extreme. That’s how I found myself signing up for my first bodybuilding competition back in 2015 with only 10 weeks to prepare. So, I went all in: 1,000 calories a day, no carbs, hours of intense workouts. Every meal had to be weighed, measured, tracked. I thought I was doing everything “right.”

I made it to the stage and genuinely enjoyed every minute. After all, it always feels amazing to achieve a goal you’ve worked so hard for. But after the show? Nothing could have prepared me for that. I had no idea how to eat. Suddenly, I was binge eating, something I’d never done before, and I felt completely out of control. I was frustrated, confused, and honestly a little scared of food. That’s when it clicked: extremes might work for a time or two, but they don’t create real, lasting results. And they can totally wreck your relationship with food.

That experience changed everything for me. I realized the real key isn’t restriction or obsession — it’s balance, understanding your body, and building habits that actually fit your life.

Now, as a Registered Dietitian, I help others step off the diet rollercoaster, build confidence, and enjoy food without guilt. I work with clients who are done punishing themselves and ready to create results that last — without extremes, without obsession, and without missing out on the foods they love.

I know how it feels to be stuck in the cycle of comparison, restriction, and self-doubt. That’s why I’m here: to guide others toward balance, confidence, and a way of eating that actually fits their lives.

I take a different approach to nutrition.

I believe health is about creating a lifestyle you don’t need a break from.

I believe life-changing transformation comes from small, repeatable habits — not quick fixes.

I believe nutrition is a tool for freedom, not chronic restriction.
